Section Officer (Training) designs and expands training and development programmes based on the needs of the government departments, attached departments and the individuals. His role is to Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Director. Section Officer (Training) run courses and workshops for staff of the government departments & attached departments, prepare Annual Training Plan, and making contact with the guest speakers.
