Director is the highest-ranking individual in Staff Training Institute. Director is generally responsible for the management of the office and they may exercise all the powers of the office. He is responsible for the day to day monitoring of the activities performed, identify the strengths and weaknesses of a Office. An extra ordinary general meeting may be called at any time by the director for consideration of any matter requiring approvals in a general meeting. The directors fulfil these duties by holding meetings in which they take decisions as a chair person.
